Returns

We accept returns within 3 working days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required


Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the situation


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 3 working days, subject to product availability

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value or pay the price difference


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
